The grass is not always greener on the other side. Stand witness to one such a “garden. Was amazed at the small remarks, highlighting the little faults in another’s garden. A garden that to the naked eye is well kept with no flaws. A comment here and there to ensure that the flaws are noticed and was quite amazed to realise that the comments was not met with the contempt it needed. In fact, it was met with a confirmation.
Intervention was met with a speech to justify the attempt to destroy. Carefully planed actions to create an illusion, destroying more of the garden, did not go unnoticed. A previous warning ignored as you think that it was an idle one? Brings an old saying to mind. “Hell has no fury as a women scorned”
Comments like bad compost. While zooming in, to take over the garden believing that the grass is greener on the other side, I wondered? Do you not see the effort it takes to make the garden look inviting? Do you not realise the effort that went into this “well kept” garden that you so obviously desire? Thinking the grass is greener on the other side.
The gardener just thought a good job was done at hiding the flaws but forgot that there is some that will not appreciate the beauty. Who will thrive on picking flaws until this beautiful garden is no garden no more. One who will enjoy the secret garden along with its owner, looking until a flaw was discovered and then leap. Hoping to reveal all, to do what I wonder? You have showed the flaws and the garden is not so attractive anymore. Ordinary, A few plants here and there, maybe a tree or two. Might still have a well-kept lawn. But the rest was stripped away. Yet the owner did not part with the garden or the gardener. Yet you persist.
The grass is not always greener on the other side. You might breakdown the gardener, you might even destroy the beautiful garden. Leave it bear for the picking and thinking its ok. You will move in and create a beautiful garden of your own, with your own little secret garden. Where others will see all the effort that went into it, to make it look pretty. Trees, shrubs and flowers décor, the eye to believe it’s paradise.
If your garden is currently going through a winter look, and you realise that you are fighting a loosing battle, maybe it’s time to take a step back. Life and love are hard work. Unfortunately, there is people out there, ruthless, selfish human beings. That will not stop until they have destroyed all the beauty. If your garden is in its winter stage. If its worth it, keep on fighting, pray that our Father will bring back the beauty, pray that our Father give you the strength to fight back.
If you are the toxic one, destroying the garden along with its gardener, be aware, you might win this round, but you will have to fight the same battle in a while.
